There are lots of places on the internet to turn to for information about the Math. Here are some of my favorites.

 
 

PBS Infinite Series

These people make great high level math videos. Here is one on Gödel. Check out their full library. 

 

3Blue1Brown:

Another reliable place to go for great math content. This one on Fractal Geometry.  

 

Up and Atom

Up and Atom tackles the four color theorum and asks a fundamental question of Theory of Knowledge: What constitutes real mathematical knowledge?

 

PBS IDEA Channel:

The PBS IDEA Channel always has interesting ToK content. Here's one on the foundations of Math. 

 

NumberPhile:

Brady Haran goes around and interviews working mathematicians on this YouTube Channel. It's a fully library of nearly everything you may want to write about in a ToK essay regarding math.
